About Celeste
As a former competitive dancer, I know what it feels like to chase excellence while struggling with confidence, comparison, and pressure. I earned my M. Ed in Sport and Exercise Psychology and am currently pursuing my CMPC certification through AASP.
Today, I’m passionate about helping athletes and teams develop the mental skills I wish I had been taught alongside the physical skills.
